To guarantee expertise and awareness on the part of the function managers and the drivers through trainings meant to ensure that they are always up to date with the provisions for temperature-controlled transport so as to safeguard food safety and the protection of the transport against vandalism and crime.
To make a priority of avoiding any action that may cause damage to people, property, and environment.
To follow the relevant laws for food and work safety by supervising, promoting and supporting abstention from alcohol and drug consumption.
To look into any lack of compliance or complaint in order to intervene timely with corrective actions to avoid similar instances reoccurring and/or occurring in the first place.
To monitor and measure our performances in order to improve over time the efficiency of the company, the safety of the transports, and the level of quality of the services offered to the clients.
